👋 Hi there! I’m Ayush — a curious tech enthusiast who transitioned from software development into product management.
After my grad, I joined a small HR-Tech startup as its first employee. I had the chance to explore everything — from product and development to marketing and sales. The startup eventually didn’t scale, but it was an incredible learning experience and helped me understand the early building blocks of tech products.
I later worked with a product-focused company solving real-world problems for Shopify and WooCommerce merchants. Along the way, I started building things on the side.
Currently, I work as Product Manager in fintech, shaping digital payment experiences for banks and merchants across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
